Penn National Gaming, owner of 41 properties in 19 states, said in a news release on the casino's website the efforts are to protect customers and employees.
The casino company reduced the number of chairs at its restaurants, gaming tables and poker rooms.
Slot machine players will notice fewer slot machines to play as the company tries to establish social distancing, according to the news release.
Penn also stated that staff is deep cleaning for a minimum of two hours each day, including gaming floors, bathrooms and common areas.
