• Rewards points contained within an account that features no gaming activity for a consecutive 12-month period will be removed from the account balance.
• Tiverton Casino Hotel Management reserves the right to adjust any point balances resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud.
• Tiverton Casino Hotel reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke membership in the Universal Rewards Club program to any individual or refuse to fulfill any Rewards point redemption request for any reason.
• Participation in the Universal Rewards Club Program grants permission by Players Club members to Tiverton Casino Hotel for use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional materials without compensation.
